Paola City Yogi

Paola is a City-yogi who taught yoga #notforprofit for 10 years, she is passionate about collaborating and volunteering to facilitate accessible and fun wellbeing which sometimes are free on behalf of charities, communities and social enterprises such as Methodist church, Vida Active CIC, local councils Greenspaces, City Yogi UK, Viva Vegan, etc. She follows both the Patanjali Yoga philosophy and the Tao approach to Yin yoga body meditation.
